Women Build
Women Build: Women Who Build, Women Who Lead, Women Who Make It Happen!
Habitat for Humanity of Archuleta County proudly celebrated its first annual Women Build event over 2 days in August, bringing together more than 35 amazing women for connection, teamwork, fundraising, and community impact! And YES, we raised walls and saw our impact firsthand in real time. It felt amazing!
With the support of several generous sponsors, participants came together around a shared mission: building homes, raising funds, and empowering women while helping local families achieve affordable homeownership.
Women Build was about more than picking up a hammer. It was an opportunity to build new friendships, strengthen community connections, and show what happens when women unite to make a difference. We are incredibly grateful to every participant and sponsor who helped make this inaugural event a success.
Together, we are building more than houses—we are building hope, stronger families, and a brighter future for Archuleta County. Thank you to everyone who helped bring our first Women Build to life. We look forward to growing this event and continuing to make an impact, one home at a time!
